NEW WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY FOR THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC
The Community Health Clinic contacted Barnyard Marketing to design a new website (the old one had become extremely outdated) and for help implementing a social media strategy.
The Community Health Clinic’s office is in Shipshewana, Inidana. They specialize in rare genetic conditions and offer affordable care consistent with Plain Community values. Together, we discussed the goals of their online efforts:
1. Increasing donations,
2. Educating their audience about rare genetic conditions, and
3. Promoting their events.
Now The Community Health Clinic is on track to do these 3 things effectively!
Key Features of the New Website for The Community Health Clinic
Easy to Update & Manage – Their old website had outdated information and was extremely difficult to update. Now, they have full ownership and access to update their new website using Squarespace.
Large Call-to-Actions – The new website was designed with the user in mind. Each page’s content was carefully thought through with large call-to-action buttons, lots of photos, and great content.
Donations Panel – The donation set up and the process is super smooth and easy. Using Squarespace’s donation block feature, The Community Health Clinic was able to customize the payment process to fit their donors’ needs.
Facebook Strategy for The Community Health Clinic
Before working with Barnyard Marketing, The Community Health Clinic did not have a social media presence at all. They did have an unclaimed Facebook page, so we started by claiming that page and setting them up with Facebook Business Manager so they could easily manage ads and custom audiences using a Facebook Pixel on their website.
Each month, Barnyard Marketing meets with a representative from the Community Health Clinic to schedule Facebook posts and discuss the content calendar. We are finding a lot of success and engagement with posts that are employee spotlights, service spotlights, and photos!
